There are numerous, reliable sources of information about food and nutrition news in traditional (newspapers, magazines) and social media. You may like to look at this infographic on the EUFIC website for tips on how to find a reliable source.

In addition, the Educators have provided a list of links to reliable sources for various countries (mainly EU) in the downloads section at the bottom of this step.

Remember that there are also Registered Dieticians or Nutritionists and your country may have these listed in a publicly available register.
