Where do ideas come from? In this article, Dr Christos Tsinopolous introduces the free online course 'Open Innovation'.
Welcome to Open Innovation. Over the next three weeks, through a use of specially produced resources and in conversation with one another, you will explore what open innovation is and think about how you can take some of the knowledge gained here and apply it to your own setting to improve performance.

We’re going to start off with a quick poll on where you think most ideas come from. We’ll follow this up with a look at three major brands and think about how they might be connected to open innovation.

This then sets the scene for our introduction to the course which follows, where we introduce the Course Team and how the course is structured.

We hope you find it stimulating and look forward to reading your comments throughout.
