How Can We Make Open Data Accessible?

How Can We Make Open Data Accessible? is the question Markus will answer in this video.

We just learned about potential repositories to deposit our data and some ideas to make it more easily findable using metadata. But should we just publish every kind of data we produce? Are we actually allowed to publish every kind of data, or are there some legitimate reasons to restrict data access?

Although we are keen to take advantage of all the benefits of Open Data, we need to be aware of some scenarios that justify not opening up data. After the video, it’s time for a short break. Don’t miss listening to the podcast featuring an interview with a so-called ethics officer.
