Open Licenses are the concern of Markus in this video.

Now that we know how to make our research data technically open, we still need to address the second aspect of the Open Data definition, which concerns making it legally open. That is why we will now talk about licenses.

Strictly speaking, there is no Open Data without open licensing. This is already the first lesson but watch the video to get an overview of existing open licenses and their differences.
