In this final week, we again encourage you to take care of your psychological health. The Blurt it Out and Take 5 to Save Lives sites are ideal resources to engage with self-care.

Over and above making some time for yourself to relax or to spend time doing an activity that you enjoy, it can also be beneficial to actively free up some time to spend with family or friends. Don’t forget that if you’re having trouble caring for yourself for any reason, it is important to reach out and ask for help.

Reflection

This activity encourages you to focus on positive aspects of your life. Reflect back on a memory that makes you smile and try to visualise the feelings involved and details of what it was you were doing in that memory.
