This might be the services and organisations of the people we’ve seen so far in our personal stories, such as the health service, other workplaces, and other services that are essential to society. However, the issues raised here are broader still.

We’ve established that everyone has individual experiences which we can try to understand on a personal basis, or by considering people as part of a group or network (systemic thinking).
