Summary & looking ahead to week 2 - we share some helpful resources and being to introduce next week's content.

Thank you and congratulations for making it to the end of week 1! We’ve covered a large amount of information this week; the psychological impact of COVID-19 is a massive, complex topic at the moment.

As we’ve seen, people can be affected in many different ways. So, we’ve created a list of a few useful resources which you may find interesting if you’d like to carry on learning before week 2!

Week 2

Next week we look forward to you joining us again as we focus on what we can do to manage the impact of COVID-19.

We will work through emerging evidence and tried-and-tested advice on how to manage some of the issues discussed today. We will outline some practical steps and guidance, and hope that you can add to these!

We will continue to hear more from our personal stories, considering individual steps, team and group-based strategies, and approaches for organisations and systems. There will also be plenty of opportunities to discuss and share your own experiences!
