Let’s get some insight into these developments so we can compare and contrast not so much to benchmark cities against cities, but more importantly to understand what practices and experiences might fit your local context. I encourage you to think about the following questions as you progress. What is the context in which Smart Cities are shaping up in different parts of the world? Are they focused on multiple aspects of development or are they focused on doing one thing but doing it well?
