This is an open online course. It provides opportunities for discussion, short video clips for you to watch, questions for you to consider, and links to relevant reading material.

It is also a space for social learning and is designed to cope with large numbers of learners, promoting nationwide shared learning.

Taking part

We encourage you to take an active part in the course by adding comments and replying to those made by others. You can do this in the Comments section at the bottom of most steps.

We encourage you to support each other through tips, comments and advice based on personal experiences. Sharing experiences may be helpful to you, and your comments and replies may help others.
