The key message of this week is that your perceptions of ageing influence your ageing process.

In the first week, we asked about your perceptions by discussing what ‘old’ is. Then, we moved on to explore how perceptions of ageing can influence the ageing process. By presenting different depictions of ageing, and getting you to think about ageism, we hope that you have reflected upon how you feel about ageing.

Thinking more positively about getting older will positively affect your own ageing.

This infographic sums up the key messages of this week.
