Resource Bank

In Step 6.15 we have gathered together the links to the free e-books that we used when creating this course. You will find books focused upon Sustainability and Business, Geography, Engineering, the Arts and Humanities, and Learning.

You will also find here advice and templates for completing 2 of the 3 peer review activities in the course:

Participating in the course

There are opportunities for you to comment on every step in the course – we’ve added a “Think about”, or reflection and blog prompt to help with this. If you find you need more space, you can always choose to set up your own blog. We recommend Tumblr or WordPress.

If you tweet or blog about the course, please use the hashtag #FLsustain.

Uploading pictures

We encourage you to find, produce, share and discuss resources on sustainability. In many cases these will include pictures, photos and other graphics which cannot be uploaded to FutureLearn.

In some cases this can mean linking to an image on the web or – if you have copyright permission or own the image yourself – we recommend uploading the pictures to Flickr or some other image-storage site of your choice and linking to it from FutureLearn. More information about this is available at the points in the course where you are invited to do this.

Think about: What are your hopes for your learning in this course? Have you taken an online course before? Do you have any tips for other learners on this course?
