How to succeed in your online class

We are proud to work with FutureLearn in providing you with this course. You should be aware of some particulars to use the platform and the interactive tools to full effect.

1. Always mark a step as done before you move to the next, even if you are skipping the content. Otherwise you might not get the full credits for this course.
2. The course makes use of interactive tools like Padlet to improve your experience. To access these tools you must click on the launch button. You will remain in the same course environment.
3. For two of the exercises we recommend using the apps iNaturalist and Litterati, which you can download in your Apple or Android appstore. No private information will be shared with us. If you prefer not to use the apps you can use alternatives.
4. When you comment on a discussion, other learners can read along and might reply. While staff are monitoring the course periodically, you should not expect them to join the conversation.
