Many congratulations for staying with us to the end of the course. Who knows, you may well find yourself studying together with others who also took this course in the very near future!

We have thoroughly enjoyed putting this course together and we hope that you have learnt a lot about the development of cryptography, along with the mathematics behind it, as the weeks have progressed.

If your interest in mathematics has been sparked by this course, then check out the degree programmes offered by the Department of Mathematics at York. Some of our undergraduate degrees include an optional module in Cryptography, which covers all that you’ve seen and more.

And if you’d enjoyed taking an online course with us, then have a look at all the other online courses York offers in partnership with FutureLearn!

Thanks for joining us over the last three weeks, and hopefully we’ll meet again soon!
