Dr David Chapman

I am an architect and town planner with over 20 years of experience of working at the interface between society, practice and academia. I teach Architecture and Town Planning at Lulea University of Technology, Sweden. To date, I have authored a range of scientific articles and books on Urban Design including ‘Qualityreviewer: Appraising the design quality of development proposals’ and ‘From Design Policy to Design Quality.
