Thrive not survive!

Each week we are going to listen to the voices of women from the MAMMI study, their experiences with new motherhood and their challenges. Here we are going to listen to Ellen and what she wished she had known before having a baby.

Check that you have your sound turned up on your computer to hear the audio file.

Ellen is a mother of a 2 and half year old baby. Click here to listen to her experience of being a mother, and what she wished she had known before having a baby (1 minute and 2 seconds).

If you can’t hear these files, we have included a transcript in the Downloads section below for you to read.

  • Having listened to Ellen’s experience, what do you wish you had known before having a baby?
  • Was your experience similar or different to Ellen?
