Be ready for any question

Prepare examples and success stories that highlight your knowledge, skills and qualities that the company is looking for. Explain ‘how’ you achieved results in your previous roles and how your experience will benefit them.

While the focus of many of these questions appears to be on “you”, remember that the organisation is actually trying to fulfil their needs.

When they ask a question such as ‘Why should we hire you?’ you need to demonstrate that you have the skills and abilities that they value and desire.
