FutureLearn delighted to be named top 10 educational website
On January 1st 2017, Homeschool Base named FutureLearn as one of their top 10 educational websites.
Homeschool Base’s TOP 10 Educational Websites are recommended by multiple teachers, home educators, and homeschool parents through various feedback channels.
As part of this achievement, FutureLearn has received Homebase School’s Purple Stamp of Approval that honours exemplary websites/apps that offer quality, innovative, unique, cost-effective, or significant value to teachers, educators, and homeschooling families.
Explaining why FutureLearn was chosen as a top 10 educational website, Homeschool Base said: “Unlike many open course websites that primarily offer STEM related classes, FutureLearn also offers subjects such as literature, politics, history, and nature/environmental. Their course content is accessible from desktop, laptops, tablet, and smartphones. FutureLearn is based in the UK, but their courses reach a global audience.”
