FutureLearn Forms Strategic Partnership with Alwaleed Philanthropies to Enhance Educational Opportunities

FutureLearn, a leader in innovative educational solutions, is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Alwaleed Philanthropies, a renowned Saudi Arabian philanthropic NGO. This partnership marks a significant milestone in FutureLearn’s commitment to enhancing educational access and fostering improved learning outcomes across the region.

The MOU was officially signed in a ceremony held in [Kingdom Tower, Riyadh], attended by Lord Jo Johnson, Executive Chairman of FutureLearn, and [HRH Princess Lamia bint Majed Al Saud, Secretary General of Alwaleed Philanthropies This new alliance is set to launch a series of educational programmes and initiatives aimed at broadening the reach of the Alwaleed Cultural Network(ACN) and advancing Alwaleed Philanthropies’ mission to build bridges for cultural understanding, community development, and empowerment of women and youth. 

As part of this agreement, FutureLearn and Alwaleed Philanthropies will collaborate on the development and delivery of culturally relevant and accessible digital learning content and resources. These resources are meticulously designed to empower learners of all ages, nurturing skills essential for personal and professional development in today’s global economy, while also promoting ACN’s trusted programme of education, art, and community engagement.
