Delve into psychological theory

You’ll explore the wider factors, both systemic and cultural, that contribute to wellbeing in society.

Next, you’ll unpack the psychological theory and research that can improve the lives of individuals, communities, and societies.

As you learn how to apply this research to your own life, you’ll understand how to overcome the barriers in implementing wellbeing improvement strategies.
