    I'd have to say Ridley from the Metroid series. After murdering Samus' parents, this guy comes back time after time, even after being torn to shreds and blown into millions of pieces. Whether it's corrupted by Phazon or infected by an X-Parasite, or just plain old Ridley, he's always been interesting to me considering the lack of storytelling in the Metroid...

    Original Metroid collision wasn't good, Super Metroid collision is better.
