    Scenario A – A group of 12 new workers are lining up at the site door, 11 men and 1 woman. As it is the induction day all are smartly dressed.

    If I was one of them, I would kick against the perception of inferiority complex. A woman should be able to work on site if she has the capacity, passion and believes in herself.
