I totally agree with David. Mix of the teaching methods will bring the best results. I will send videos of teaching methods in the UK to the students to enable them have an understanding of how it works. In most African universities, students are taught to pass exams, here it's totally different.

I have had the experience of contacting UK institutions by email and through their websites, however I mentioned that I'm currently participating in the British Council Agent and Counsellor online training and would like to contact them for Agency. The advice is very useful. I will encourage them to do proper preparation and research and really understand what the interview is going to be like., understand different tests and what they are for and get more information from the university.

Specialist entry are about schools that have additional criteria in place to meet, and additional entry requirements. So they are selecting only students who can succeed in their particular type of education. Any student without the skills to perform at an interview for such universities does not stand any chance to be selected.

I think the average pass band score for the four skills is 7.5 for IELTS and C1 or C2 for CEFR. If the student is unable to meet this requirement, I will explain that some universities /colleges may also have alternative options where they provide English language lessons prior to commencing their degree courses especially if the candidates has been offered...

I think the most useful is tools to manage students applications. We are not a registered UCAS Centre yet, but hope to apply soon to become a registered centre for UK /International. The question I have is to get clarification if the services are online or face to face.

University of London . I participated in their Diploma for Graduates in International Development. I learnt universities in Scotland offer 4-years degree courses whereas its 3-years in the rest of the UK.
