    We have the requirement to spend minimum one day per week in the office.
    In the production area ther are allways things to examine in the workshop.
    So all of my teams have to make sure, that one member is in the office.
    And they have the resposibility to have the know how available.

  • One point from my point of view is: to be available for your people und talk, talk talk. So you can help your guys to understand and accept!!!

  • in pricipel my companie has a reaction plan for disruption. But as you know not every crisis is expected and so you have to react flexibel, with al the points we learnd before.

    i agree with nursing, but pharmacist will be more and more done by computing. Electronic dard for ill people - the doctor will give an electronic hint - and you can get some helps, if you have questions, by AI.

  • In Industrie we have even today many, many datas. We sample every information. But with these "big data" we are often not able fo find the wright informations. So it will be a very big job to give users an easy software to handle these datas and find the corelations between sensation and result.
    And this will also come more and more into privat world.
