We have the requirement to spend minimum one day per week in the office.
In the production area ther are allways things to examine in the workshop.
So all of my teams have to make sure, that one member is in the office.
And they have the resposibility to have the know how available. -

My experience with mobile working shows very differnt results.
As a manger you have to look also for social contacts between your people. That`s not possible via computer now. Some jobs can be done from different places, also as a team. But mobile working is not the golden rule in future.

Industry is just in change. Al productive processes will convert. But when you need personal contact i will be done by people in future.

Hello Joanne,
i agree with nursing, but pharmacist will be more and more done by computing. Electronic dard for ill people - the doctor will give an electronic hint - and you can get some helps, if you have questions, by AI. -
In Industrie we have even today many, many datas. We sample every information. But with these "big data" we are often not able fo find the wright informations. So it will be a very big job to give users an easy software to handle these datas and find the corelations between sensation and result.
And this will also come more and more into privat world. -

As a Manager you can Not only look for the technical Output. This is the Minimum request. You also have to train your straff to handle the customer as a Partner and look for the wishes and additional needs.
