    Disabilities limits one’s functional abilities, but it is not a sign of no ability. Persons living with disabilities needs social protection and empowerment to help in their adaptation.

    It is apparent the relationship between poverty and disability. It is only fair that there is equity distribution of resources to help bridge the gap and minimize the rate of disabilities.

    Hi everyone! My name is Philemon and I'm a Mental Health Nurse from Ghana and I hope to gain more knowledge and insight into mental health and other disabilities. I'm sorry for being late in the course enrollment but hope to catch up.
