The worrying part is that causes of 18% of visual impairment is unknown. however i believe awareness is the key factor in eliminating the visual impairment and blindness as mostly peoples are illiterate in undeveloped countries so awareness and screening camps should be among the top priorities of eye health care workers in such countries
