You are doing right in self isolating physically. Sharing good information helps reduce panic. It is now known the SARS COV-2 is transmitted by coughs and sneezes there fore the six foot rule. Also can live on surfaces for very limited time. Cardboard for four hours stainless steel 24 hrs and some types of plastic for two days.
