    There are loads of material I've learnt from this course. Thank you to University of Twente and team for this course, it's widen my view and added a brand new perspective on HRM.
    Lesson learnt : 'Best practices' is not always good, on comparative system, we still have to analyze and consider what's right & fit for our organisation.

    I chose for AI. I believes assessment and technological tools could be transformed into AI/semi AI. We could see nowadays how AI has been applied into various scientific fields, so why not HR.   • I think the best activity for team building is paintballing. It's need some team to play and that could give a good experiences for everyone to involved in a team. I've been joining team building before and it's quite exciting and fun. We were given tasks through games chalenges so we can learn to solve problems together with other team members.

    In my department structure, I have a line manager and I line manage for five employees.

  • In recent problem at my company, I used analysis, communication and collaboration to solve it. I found it very effective to collaborate with other unit as the result for solving the problem are for everyone in company.

  • Actually my tipping point was two years ago, time when I was moved my job to capitol city. I knew that I must get out of the box, out of my comfort zone if I want to make better life & career. In order to support my career I have to escalate my education.
