Aedes albopictus is the first invasive mosquito species reported in Europe, in Albania location during 1978-1979 from Adhami. So, our country is the first to report this important vector in European Region.
From up to now almost 38 species are reported in Albania so far (Rogozi 2012, 2019). -

@AlexandraH Thanl you. As far as I know they are not registered in Europe (ECHA). Most probably they are new ones.

To @Hilary Ranson Author of the paper: where are the new insecticide products as neonicotinoids and pyrroles registered? ECHA or EPA?
