Academic with research interests in festival and events, small tourism businesses and destination development. Lectures in destination marketing/management and tourism, society and visual culture.

I have been teaching in primary and preschool since 2013 and also worked as a research associate to the project "Science of Learning for Teacher Education" (University of Bristol).

I taught science for ten years and was Head of Science for three years, before becoming a subject specialist at the National STEM Learning Centre.
