  • Prosperity for me is to be able to live life and enjoy it.

Maslow's theory is a nice start here. Money is not everything.

  • Prosperity for me to be better than my parents. Or, to be much better than my friends or family! is it the American dream!

Prosperity for me is to have a healthy life, be happy

  • Obvious this a creative and innovative way of looking at prosperity.
Nice to think outside the box!

  • Excellent piece of knowledge.
    Interesting. Well-structured.
Thorough coverage of the main points.

  • To start with try to find out why? The reasons.
Then, may be offer training and counseling sessions if needed.
If it is a major behavioral issues, may be a verbal warning

  • Most projects in the oil industry and major constructions of buildingss and roads are done under the AIGLE !

    Panasonic and Tesla

  • Artificial intelligence (AI) has many implications for the way projects are managed. IT has many applications and implications on project malmanagement.

  • Closing the project should be a straightforward process when the management has the right vision and mission. The closing stage is related and connected with previous stages. Interdependent on each other.

  • Comprehensive guide. Interesting and rich information.
Agile is not always the best way, again some projects and by their nature or culture may not be managed under Agile guidelines

  • Rushing things is not good!
Here comes the issue of planning.
    Time management is crucial

  • Massive information. Excellent summary. Well structured.

  • Different countries have different cultures and therefore different ways of looking at and taking risks.
Organizations are affected by the cultures in which they operate

  • It is an opportunity as much as it is a threat.
One way is we need to know how to manage risks and convert them to opportunities !

  • comprehensive way of summarizing risk

  • Too many types of risks and different approaches to manage it

  • This is about the mining process of data! it is not what you know, but what to do with it?
The question is how to dig this information out !
Timely and accurate information is what we need

  • Intensive information here. Too many things to learn and pick up.

    Thanks you

  • In the education industry and at schools levels or higher education there is so many examples of bad communications that stemmed out of cultural differences.

    It is very sensitive topic/

  • Enjoyable, but too many videos'!

  • Cyber attacks are very dangerous in general. Not just for cultural organizations, but for the globe in general.

I think we are living cyber attacks every day ! where do we go from here?
    This issue still developing.

  • Thanks, let us go.

  • Interesting and rewarding course. Thanks

  • Many thanks.
    Interesting Team with huge contribution.

  • There is plenty of examples of conflicts between the West and East. More or less there is something happening in China, Russia, EU, USA and the Middle East.

Facebook has played crucial role in the Middle East cultural revolution

  • The EU is very active with its soft cultural diplomacy. I witness this every other day in the Middle East

  • Challenging course and entertaining.

  • Thanks

  • I do believe there is a European culture with rich history. Of course, there is so many sub-cultures inside the European culture, but we can see a united European culture when we look at Chinese cultures and or Middle Eastern cultures or African ones.
We live in a small world!

  • interesting and useful

  • good luck

  • From experience , private sectors and pubic sectors are complimentary of each others and can benefits from and help each othes

  • Non-state actors compliment the roles of the states as they should work with each others for the mutual win/win situation.

Their role can be intrinsic by adding values

  • Interesting and detailed syllabus

  • Nice meeting you.

  • Hi, I am Said from Wales.
    Thanks

  • Interesting and rewarding course/week.
    Thanks

  • It is an opportunity as long as we know how to manage digital technologies.
Some countries consider new technologies and its platforms such as Facebook as a threat to their identity.

Culture is very dynamic, and has its own ways of adapting and adopting best practices in new technologies.

  • Digital technologies can enter most houses regardless of the culture (such as language, culture, customs, habits and so on).

So is this an opportunity or a threat?

  • Said Al-Hasan made a comment

Highly qualified team and very professional.
    Looking forward to this course

  • My name is Said and I live in Wales, I do teach culture

  • Brilliant and outstanding information. Very useful indeed.
Human resources are the most important part

  • project closure or completion is final and most important stage as it mirrors most of the activities so far.
it is a true reflection of process and reflects management activities

  • modern project management has to do with the added value that can be achieved by having a holistic approach at the way we manage the process.
It includes having the full use of the most updated information technology, benchmarking, gap analysis, and much more like team work.

communications, has to do with the way the message is transferred from the...

  • Risk Management eventually depends on how managers handle it. What is their views and how they approach it.
The nature and type of risk very important.
Risk is around us all the time and just in projects

  • There are many types of risks, such as political and financial risks.
One way of dealing with risk is : sensitivity analysis or what if?

  • Yes, it is possible. However, this depends on the time and stage of that project. Also, the nature of the project and the type of the industry. Also, the nature of the macro and micro environment.

  • Conceived;
    Born;
    Develop;
    Mature;
    Decline;
    Die.

I am in the education industry and I believe it is at the mature stage in many ways!, however, it has the ability to reinvent itself

  • Each project life cycle had its own advantages and disadvantages and suitable for certain projects.

All of them share clear vision/mission, planning, execution of the project and final stage of completion and feedback.
    Cost/benefits.

  • Well-explained and very useful
    Thanks

  • Information ℹ️ is the heat of the project!
Accurate and timely information is very important!

Access to information is more important, and data mining also important

  • Thanks! For sure I will look at this

  • Said Al-Hasan made a comment

Brilliant course! Very informative and helpful!
    Educational and inspirational

  • Timely and accurate information is what is needed! Knowledge is power!
It is not the information? But, what you do with it

  • Interesting

  • Lack of vision
    Lack of clear mission

  • The issue here is how to manage different expectations from different groups of stakeholders! Getting the balance right is the biggest challenge.
Staff wants more salaries and less hours, the union wants this and that, the customers want the best values at the cheapest price and son

  • Said Al-Hasan made a comment

The 3Ps are well-known in the literature of project management. These three are crucial and they compliments each other.

It does help with the holistic approach to PM.

  • Both companies are taking risks here! But, both companies have a track record in managing risk and turning threats to opportunities

  • This strategic alliance or partnership will work nicely for both parties and will lead to a win / win situation. Both companies can build up on each other strengths and work together to manage their weaknesses. There is a lot of things that can be done, such as R&D.

The main challenge will be cultural differences and difficulties!

  • Said Al-Hasan made a comment

This allows for flexible work and sensitivity analysis! What if?
Such questions or planning allows for the successful completion of the project regardless of the turbulence in the environment

  • Excellent video ! Highly educational.
    Appreciated

  • You can have the best plan on your desk or gathering dust in your office ! Planning is when you apply it and start your journey

  • I managed my study as a project ! Time span, budget, skills, evaluation, results, objectives. Delivery

  • Time management
    Budget
    Talented staff
    Creativity

  • A project management is about clear vision and mission. It is about delivering clear objectives and outcomes. It has certain people in charge as well as certain time of delivery.
Staff are empowered and are hold accountable for the overall management of the project.
There is risk management involved, meetings tight deadlines

  • Said Al-Hasan made a comment

My understanding is most organisations are a set of different projects that are working in harmony with each other.

Projects management are delivered in private and public sectors

  • Said Al-Hasan made a comment

This course has the right balance and delivered at the right level.

It is well structured and inspirational.
    Thanks

  • A project management simply having a clear mission and vision to deliver certain objectives and outcomes in certain time with certain budget.

There is certain staff ( team) who are in charge and are responsible for the management and delivery of the work. Staff who are involved have powers and authorities as well as accountability and responsibilities....

  • Once again I fully enjoyed doing your courses and I have tremendous benefits from your input, please let me know if you have more courses coming soon, greetings from Wales @DianaLaurillard

  • I am involved in marketing and most of our work is based around project management. We have certain objectives and goals to achieve with certain dates and budgets. There are certain staff involved in delivering the work. At the end there is full evaluation of the outcomes and this is compared with the objectives and the initial plan

  • Depends on who you teach, what you teach where you teach @ClarissaBuzinaro

  • There is plenty of studies available on google about left-handed and their exceptional characteristics as well as the history of their victimisation.
Left-handed were viewed and discussed in Christianity and Jewish religions even before Islam.
However, it is not bad, as many studies looked at their characters and found to be intelligent and strong...

  • I will find out more, promise, but many religions have outlawed left-handed. There was many laws in Europe that prevents people using the left hand! Also, few religious groups associated left-handed with the devils. In Africa many cultures still associate left handed with bad practices and punish the use of left handed. Many psychological studies were carried...

  • @SofiaKharbikh Ok, Muslim believes eating in your right hand is a good practice as you prevent Satan from eating with you (Satan is left-handed) , however, being left handed you are not Satan, but try to practice.
On the day of judgment, if you are given your book by right hand, then, you have good news (Paradise). If you are given your book in the left...

  • Do you mean left-handed?

  • Getting the right balance is crucial here. Too much information i as bad as little information.

The question is how, when and where to use the information provided.
    Having access is more important.
The issue for PM manager is to have the right information at the right time/place so that the right decisions are made.

  • He is well-known for taking risk and manage it.
lately, he invested in the bitcoin!

  • I agree there is no right or wrong answer in this case

  • I want to know more and more

  • I would like to add another what.

    What if?

What if, is the sensitivity analysis.

The five Ws are very useful to have and helps to project manager to have a thorough picture of what is going on.

  • Thanks,

  • Thank, I want to know more about PM

  • Teaching as a profession is a challenging task. Teachers have to lead by example, the What and How very important

  • I use case studies and educational videos to highlight global education and other related activities.

I found global culture is an excellent idea to start with as a mean to challenge stereotypes thinking and to think outside the box.
I make sure the learning outcomes abd objectives / aims of the course are examined.

  • Best wishes and hope you are well @Dr.CeciliaScorza

  • The peer review is brilliant way to learn from each others and exercise the task of Benchmarking: the search for industry best practices to learn the best.
Education for me is an industry, and learning from the best will lead to improve outcomes and performance.
This process/ course has highlighted the gaps in global education and the way to bridge these gaps

  • All elements are important, however, the challenge is where to start? How do we encourage pupils to think outside the box: simple : challenging their views and change in their values

  • Brilliant video ( slightly long), many ideas provided. It’s a big challenge to teach kids to think and act globally.
It’s a very good task to challenge kids to think outside the box

  • Informative

  • Plenty of applications and examples. Easy to find out creative and innovative ideas. Excellent site/ resources available in the Padlet

  • It is a challenging task, but teacher themselves have to take the initiative and be creative, innovative, critical, reflective, leading by example and have the right tools.
Teaching topics such racism, social injustice, slavery, climate change, prejudices and many other sensitive topics is not that easy

  • I think culture is the biggest challenge in implementing GE@NicoleBlum

  • I like the template. It shows a well-structured session with clear vision and mission.

  • Outstanding and brilliant resources. Many thanks

  • I am interested in challenging stereotypes thinking.
Some people have prejudice in their thinking and in some cases they pass it on to their kids. For example, and sadly, some people / kids are persecuted for their culture ( colour, religion, language, customs, habits and so on).

To teach kids in schools to challenge this, you need the support of the...

  • Many thanks for your help and support as well as your feedback, much appreciated.
    Sharp and focus course

  • The more risk we take the more profits we will have, however,
