Usually the learners of 2nd language are not much vocal, shy and they get training to listen the teacher at behavioral level.     Safety considerations

    Safety from Physical objects especially sharp and tiny objects, and Bio safety is very important. The kids don't have enough power to harm each other, but at the same time they are not vocal, can not handle the situation by themselves. Must need to keep eye during playing activity, NEVER leave them unattended.
