Time factor has been a major issue for me amongst my team, trust issues comes in when there are no transparency whilst working on a project.communication gap is also a problem as the means at which others communicate differs.

Having a co-occupants. First, he was not friendly, later became friendly, secondly having one that is friendly and later became unfriendly. this has taught me that we don't need to judgmental until you take inputs of people.

I make friends quickly with people who's ideologies conforms with mine. i have preference in building relationship with like minds. However, i notice that people with contrary opinion might have something unique that i appreciate. so been Affinity Bias can be positive or negative.

I never saw stereotype in this perspective as illustrated in the last video. i can be accused of stereotyping! However, this course has change the narrative for me to see things differently and to unlearn every stereotype. diversity needs to be appreciated and stereotyping needs to stop.

I had an experience dealing with a senior co-worker who will not get work done during working hours! he preference working at his own pace and this has not been helpful and i don't know how to deal with it.

Growing up in Nigeria with less interaction with the global world has really affected my perspective on some foreign cultures. However, with the internet and and research work my idea on foreign cultures has improved.
