  • My number 1 strength is Working in multicultural teams. I find it easy to relate with people of different cultures. However, my number 1 weakness is Adapting to communication styles.

  • From the case study in the previous slide, there was an obvious lack of the 'The Five ‘A’s Framework'.

    There was no avenue for an open dialogue as one team dominated the entire conversation. There was no probe to find out the other teams preferences/ideas on the project, and there was certainly no alignment of goals .

  • From both case studies, there is an obvious lack of CQ. One team dominated the entire conversation while the other team showed little to no enthusiasm. There was obviously no form of rapport between both teams which made it difficult to work together.
