@PhoenixFry I noticed especially on zoom where the host can mute other people voices and camera disable, we seems not to give our best to it including me because I want to do few other things at that same time,but who will know I'm not giving my best to it since it shows I'm online

One of the major challenge I face during times when I'm action/time oriented is when people gives me a piece of information and then go blank, for example Mr F who is in charge of A.I walks in and say all the tools are not in good condition and then stop because I expect more from him like we would need a certain n and it will cost us this and we shld buy it...

I think adapting or been flexible doesn't make you the lesser one.it Foster relationship, even thou I am the decision maker I would like to be flexible so I can hear their point of view,since I am not an embodiment of wisdom who can't learn from others

@VikasJasra with this kind of awareness I'm sure people will be better at it.it is very practical going through the courses but I have never pened it down apart from seeing from other people perspective.now I know why and I know I have to be flexible

I think in the second vedio Claire didn't just rush into business as usual, she admitted she would need help which gave min Li some respects of the fact that she would be needed and I can tell both of them had sense of humour unlike the previous vedio

To me,it seems a little bit difficult,thou not impossible because some people believe what they already believe and do not respect superior argument even with prove.i know someone who judge you by the name you are called due to the experiences he had without people bearing similar names
