Because every product will adapt with user needs and user needs always change depend on trend, tech, or anything. Yap, from Indonesia I learn from Gojek, I know them from 0 and now they being one of biggest company in Indonesia. They always hear the user needs, but not stop to give innovation and give new perspective of user.

My favorite UX in website is Airbnb and in app is Uber. I like them because simplicity, how they communicate the core business and what user need is quietly cool.
