About viral infection the solution is wear mask, wash the hand by soup and use alcohol gel..
About hypertension and diabetes avoid the stressful, good diet( avoid the cholesterol and sugar) and stoppe smoking.
And awareness of community about these diseases and away to avoid them by health seminars. -
