    The main cause is :
    Dont wash the hand after contact with people and something.
    Contamination water and food.
    You should wash the hand every day.
    You ought to use clean water.
    You should use wast disposal system.
    If you do this , you will reduce spread the virus and all the people are not sick.

    About hypertension and diabetes avoid the stressful, good diet( avoid the cholesterol and sugar) and stoppe smoking.
