  • the lapse in time in regards to collection of evidence, taking of photographs and interventions by un authorized persons tempering with the crime scene and body leaves a lot desired to arrive at a genuine conclusion as there is lack of originality due to viscosity and elasticity changes

  • same story is happening here in uganda and several developing countries hence serious sensitization of the public needs to be done otherwise several criminals go un punished just because the crime scene was tempered with and the evidence collected at such stage leaves a lot lacking
