I'm in Japan, not in Europe. But Japan has relation about GDPR. GDPR went into effect, Japan and the European Union agreed to recognize each other’s data protection regimes as providing adequate protection for personal data.

I don't have the notepad little by little. I quite a lot using the digital notepad which is Galaxy Note 8. It has the great pen. Moreover, It can be writing over and over again.
