Yes ,If an offender is not dangerous, we should consider other punishments than prison we can teach them the rules and rights of the society and tell them don’t repeated the crime if they committed the crime again than the prison is the best punishment for offenders.

From personal experience my nephew speak her mother tongue in our country but when they going to another country he learn English language much easier in a short time .children just want to communicate with everyone by this reason young children learn second language easily.

Each child is unique Learning in different ways with different talents and children all develop at different rates if we have a checklist can be very stressful for parents and children and depressed for slow learners.

In my opinion children learn in different ways especially in the environment and families ,children are learning all the time by playing the games, see the cartoons they learning new things every day.
They are fast learners and have good memories.
When they are playing with other children or speaking together they are learning language all the time. -
