A few years ago I had a new boss who mine and others life unbearable. As a result it got harder and harder to get out of bed in the morning. Loss of weight. Panic attacks. Poor sleep or needing more sleep. No energy of drive to do any daily tasks. Feeling very low and nervous

You can't physically see depression especially as people hide it so well. In general people just don't understand depression.

I hate wasps. I'm petrified of them. Never been sting by one just remember them always being on it around me in the summer. They never seemed to give up.

At first a heard them say far because I could see that his lip movements were different. After a while I just heard bar.

I can usually clearly see things in my mind and imagine what things and places will be like. I'm sure that previous experiences allows the brain to aid these images. Not sure if it's actually pictures I see or my inner voice showing me.

I can hear my daughter's kindle playing while she munches on her food. Music from the spare room and a car reserving outside. I can see my husband doing his exercise while I am concentrating on my screen.
