Hi Eduardo, I get the same when I click on add marker and then click submit on the box that appears. I think this happens as it has already taken my position, added it as an Anonymous pin. I would recommend doing it one more time, additions / add marker / input name / input rough location (not specific) and click submit. Then, if you close any messages that...

Hi Godwin, if you could let me know what operating system and browser you are using, I could look into it for you. Meanwhile, here is a list of the supported browsers - where we know the videos will work: https://about.futurelearn.com/browser-support/ . It might be a case of updating your browser? JavaScript needs to be turned on also.

Hi Janine, with files like PDFs, I've found that if I download them to my desktop, and open them from there, they will work fine most of the time.
