I got what Bob says about listening, but I can not fill every gap. I notice the meaning of sentences so I can explain what Bob said. After first sentence, I forget details. In my language when I listen to sb in lecture, it is so hard to remember word by word.

I like be a person who has a great motivation and interest in meeting people from different countries.Last year I went Nepal. There were many beautiful waterfalls and woods with a rich culture different from us. My group stayed for tow weeks there and we got acquainted with their dishes, dresses and customs. I think it depends on to activity. Some managers need to have a big picture type of person, whereas some jobs needs to person who is likely pay attention to detail. for example a nurse in a hospital must obey of head nurse and nobody allowed him or her to do up the work.
