Then, I chose Information Technology as the core area of my study during my undergrad and on completion joined the IT industry as a Software Engineer. Slowly and gradually I moved from one role to another and became Project Manager. Now...

Being a Project Manager, I always practice different methodologies as each n every project has its own attributes. I practice the same for Team Management also. I have different styles to manage different situations. But I always prefer to follow Theory 'Y" unless n until situation demands Theory 'X'.

Good delegation reflects how better you understand your team members. Delegating a task is not easy; before delegating a task you must be sure of the Delegatee's potential to complete the task.

Carla's theory can be useful if things are really in bad shape at the initial stage when she joined. But she should eventually jump to 'Y Theory' as soon as she start getting things right.

Each and every day we are changing as a human being, changing as a consumer, changing as an owner. Hence, the only way a brand can sustain is adaptability. A brand can create positive social and commercial impact only when it fulfills the user need in an honest way where no irregularities involved. A consumer can easily ensure whether a brand is good/bad...

I like the way Debbie said that 'all had a different definition of branding and of what it means to be a brand' and 'Branding demonstrates the sense of belonging'.
I think that a lot of people don't have their own clear idea about what brand management and brand building is all about. It is about being a single-minded organisation with a strong brand culture... -

Thanks Robert. This is really an illustrative definition. A brand is the idea or image of a specific product or service that consumers connect with, by identifying the name, logo, slogan, or design of the company who owns the idea or image. Branding is when that idea or image is marketed so that it is recognizable by more and more people, and identified with a...

I am partly agree with you Rishab. Yes, you are right that there are certain people who really don't know why they are using it but as per my understanding Branding is something whom you rely, who will force you to use their products. Everyone is using brand in their daily life. For example, when you buy a toothpaste for yourself you always rely on a brand...
