  • My Manager and I have different communication preferences. I'm tilted more towards emails and texts while he prefers calls and face-to-face communication.

  • I notice that I prefer Indirect, Conciliatory communication spiced with humour. I believe that this comes from my family background as this was the kind of communication my parents often used to speak to my siblings and I.

  • One of my professional dreams is to work as an International development specialist and building my competence will better prepare me for this role
