Yesterday ,i woke up at 4:30am.I took mediation for one hour. After that ,i ate my breakfast with my family. I took a bath. At 11 am,we went to the market for meat and vegetables for one week.
At 2:30 pm i read some books and took a rest. I ate dinner at 4:30 pm with my sisters. At about 6:30 pm we walked 3 miles. When we came back to home ,i pray... -

The celebration for my 40 years old birthday party.My nieces and nephew made a surprise party for me at our home. When i came back from home,the house is dark. After opening the door,the light is on and i heard a birthday wish song.At this moment, i feel very happy and tears came down. I never forgot that day of happiness.
