Learning different ways to ensure long lasting learning is just amazing. Concepts like spacing, being learner centered and ideas on how to overcome the limitations of working memory really developed my mental model of teaching, and i guess there is still a lot to develop in the next couple of weeks.

ya definitely this happened with me more than once that i finish up a course with a feeling that i have learned everything quite well but ended up unable to recall most of what i though i have learned a few days later.

I believe involving the visual medium helps a lot with the processing in the working memory and i think it might even fasten the process of transferring a piece of information from the working memory to the long term memory.

Yes i have some mental models that are definitely under development, for example my concepts and ideas around teaching are being developed throughout this course and my mental teaching model is being changed day by day.

I believe that spacing in learning is very important in sustaining long standing learning, and i have tried this technique many times and it always proves it's self to be much better against condensed learning.

I think its the mistakes that i have done is what made me learn, and ya definitely this is the hard way of learning and it have changed my way of dealing with various aspects of practice in terms of speaking with patients about their medical conditions, the way of diagnosing diseases to even the discussions that i might have with my colleagues.

Well, i dont feel that nervous when it comes to exams, but i feel more like challenged and determined.
