Even though I am a Coach not a Doctor, and been in the sports circle for over twenty years I do prescribe exercises to other people, for weight loss, fitness e.t.c. They said experience is the best teacher.

Warm-up can be done by the players alone but the coach is responsible for designing daily warm ups because he knows what his player need and the captain can be assigned to lead the players.

Without a good and condusive enviroment the players will not feel secure and feel free to show their talent and creatively display their skills, so the players and the coach need a comfortable enviroment with nothing to distract his players.

I personally use creative player in my team to demonstrate to other players when i am introducing new training drills so that other player will feel if their team mates can do it they can equally do it. with this you can be able to give your players self confidence and encouragement,by the time they perfectly succeed you will noticing the creative ones showing...

In my place Nigeria we have Social Welfare that is under a local government,for any coach to have a successful coaching of youth you have contact the welfare office and the police and seek for permission to start working with the youth. Because you cannot gather a crowd of youth without permission for safety and security purpose.
