    Email 2 is much more organised compared to email 1
    And email 1 has duplicate sentence of same meaning.

    Having a clear purpose

    Email topic: Cancellation of the training
    Planning Questing: Why am I writing it?
    Surface purpose: To inform we do not have enough number of attendees.
    Deeper Purpose: I want to cancel the coming training for Friday since we don't have enough number of attendees.
    Hence it is better for a trainer to know in advance.

    I am Pradnya, basically from India recently, moved to England.
    My job demands me to write around 20 email every day.
    I want to learn the formal way of writing emails.
