Hello Suzzane, I have a similar idea, but with negative comments about the product or company in social media. I have seen that many times the reply of a hotel or restaurant, for example, on TripAdvisor, leaves a worse impression than the negative comment! However, I think SBL is very useful for studying alternatives of how to improve customers experience.

I also used the power point a lot, then I fell in love for a while with Adobe Captivate, which is also very easy to use, but I used the trial version that does not offer all the resources (like drag and drop), when my free month is over, I returned to the old love PPT. I have already participated in Role Play Games at university and found it very useful, especially for language teaching and customer care. When I was working as an Instructional Designer, I used, whenever possible, case studies with multiple choice issues and feedbacks.

I think that my first days of work have always been apprehensive, because we do not yet know the environment or even our colleagues and we do not know very well how to act, if we ask too many questions we are invasive, if we do not do them we are shy, etc. It takes a while to understand all the news and we must also learn the details of the work.
