  • Hello. I think that pronunciation is really important to make me understand by the other people. On my side I get frustrated because my pronunciation is not so good.

  • What do I hope to get out of the course?
I would like to acquire knowledge about virtual tools.
I want to extend my capacity to teach, both virtual and personally.
I hope someday I could become a virtual teacher.

  • Hello Erika, I think that is an excelent resource for that, because the students love the technology and in that way you can catch their atention and take advantage about that and teach them.

  • Hello Dariusz, also I don´t have experience in this field and I feel so excited to start the course. I really want to learn new teaching virtual tools.

  • Hello Candra, unfortunately because of the schools are closed we have to take this course, but this is a big oportunity to improve our skills and help the students to continue their learning process. I hope that all this situation ends soon.

  • Hello everyone, my name is Andrea Palma, I am from Colombia. I work as a teacher and I must to give classes virtually. I have decided to take this course because of the current situation that the world is facing, "coronavirus", so I need to learn a lot about virtual environments to teach to the students. Thank you for this opportunity.

  • @DorothyL Thank you Dorothy. God bless you.

  • I think "play" is a difficult word to explain because it implies more than use some toys, in the case of children. In fact, play is a tool that allows us to liberate our thoughts, our bodies with naturality, in this way, we can express our creativity and develop the essential skills of every human being.

  • In my opinion, play is fundamental from childhood to adulthood as it allows the development of the creativity and self-esteem. On the other hand, when it comes to children, it allows to explore the environment where they are growing up and interact with it in active way.

  • I grew up in Cali - Colombia. I was born in 1981. I can remember some games I used to play with my sister, for example we created stories with dolls and constructed buildings with boxes and blankets, at that time everything was simpler and nice because we could find fun and happiness in simple things. I would like to feel that again, my sister who was my...

  • Thank you for this useful information, I think is important to know good references for future research.

  • Hello, my name is Andrea Palma, I feel so happy for start the course. I am studying to become an English teacher, and I would like to learn appropriate strategies or methodologies to teach.

  • The article is very interesting and It outlights the education´s importance. Education must be focused on each type of student according to their needs and at the pace of learning, education must have a humanistic approach that highlights the value of each human being.

  • I liked so much the article and I would like to have the opportunity to attend to other teachers´classes. I am just beginning as a teacher.

  • I agree with you, observing other teachers is an useful tool but we have to create our own style.

  • All topics that I saw in the before week were very interesting and I am so excited to start the next week.

  • I want become a good teacher and this course so far have been excellent because I learnt a lot of new things that are key in my progress.

  • In my opinion, expressing the ideas is an excellent method to open the pupils´ minds either through discussions, dynamic group exercises, painting and so on.

  • "she didn't interrupt." This is an remarkable point because listening to the pupils is totally important when it comes to teach and achieve and effectively interaction.

  • Oh! that sounds very interesting. I hope you have a good experience when you are tackling this topic in your class.

  • I really liked the audio because discussions about some given topics are simple and useful tools to encourage the pupils to express their opinions or their points of view.

  • In Colombia
    EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS:
They are clear and public criteria that allow knowing what children and young people should learn, and establish the point of reference of what they are able to know and know how to do, in each of the areas and levels. They are a reference guide for all school institutions, urban or rural, private or public throughout the...

  • I like so much when Munisa says "outstanding teacher must be creative" because, in my opinion, is very important to express the creativity in each class and through this children can explore their imagination and and achieve their goals easily.

  • I remember my algebra teacher Ms Argelia, she was so special with me and she awakened my interest to the maths, she was not only a good teacher but also she was an excellent being human.

  • I agree with all I read in the text because a good teacher is being more than a title. When I was in elementary school my teachers were very strict and only thought in grades. Now I want to become a teacher and I am thinking totally different about education, I want to try to change the minds of the children in my city.

  • I have always wanted to be a teacher because I would like to change the teaching methods in my country or at least try it, the most important thing for me is the education based in the worth of each child, it means real education, education for the life.

    3. And finally you can write nice letters to your lovely friends or your family.

I agree, because is very necessary to keep a balanced diet or healthy.

  • Inspiration is the most important thing, I mean, we must be clear about the subject we are going to write about and therefore organize our ideas.

  • OMG now I found something difficult about the use of formal and informal, because I never think about the difference and its importance to use it. I need start to write more letters in both ways :c

  • He says: "In task two, you write an essay in response to a point of view, an argument or problem".
So, also, is very important you know the structure of an essay.
